These are the basic terms for using DarlingVail while it's an early-stage product. Please read them before using the finder or concierge service.
what DarlingVail is
DarlingVail is a product discovery and search service. We help you identify an item from an inspiration image and find products that may match it.
results aren't guaranteed
Results may be approximate, incorrect, unavailable, discontinued, customised, or AI-generated items that were never actually sold as a real product. Prices, stock, delivery estimates and retailer details can change at any time after we show them to you. Please verify the product, price and retailer details for yourself before you buy anything.
purchases happen with the retailer, not us
If you choose to buy something through a link shown on DarlingVail, that purchase is made directly with the third-party retailer, not with DarlingVail, unless we clearly state otherwise in the future. DarlingVail is not responsible for the retailer's order fulfilment, delivery, returns, refunds or warranties.
using the service fairly
Please don't abuse, scrape, attack or intentionally overload DarlingVail or the services it relies on. We may limit or restrict access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused.
availability
We do not guarantee that DarlingVail will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
concierge sourcing
Concierge sourcing ("let us find it for you") is a best-effort service. Submitting a concierge request does not guarantee that we will be able to find an exact match for the item you're looking for.
